One of our clients in the West Island is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. For this full-time position, you will earn a salary ranging from $45,000 to $47,000 per year.
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Document and update CSST files and reports for medical claims, accident reports, claims, and investigations, and follow up with the employees
- Be the liaison between employees and the insurance company
- Follow up with employees on sick leave, maternity or paternity leave
- Translate any documents or letters related to the Human Resources department
- Perform any other tasks as needed
You are the perfect candidate for this position if:
- You are fluently bilingual (French/English), both oral and written
- You possess a bachelor's degree in human resources or in a related field
- You have 2-5 years experience in a similar role
- You are very familiar with CSST laws and procedures
- You are used to work with the MS Office suite
- You have excellent communication skills, a good team spirit and are able to work independently
