Task Definition :

The candidate is required to possess all the necessary skills, knowledge and hospitality that are needed to manage the door in an effective and hospitable way. Our clients are always right and our clients satisfaction is the number one priority at Milos. It is therefore curial that this candidate possess great hosting abilities, leadership, decision making abilities and is able to work will under stress in a high traffic environment. This candidate will be responsible for guest satisfacton from the moment the guests arrive until the moment the guests leave. Responsibilities include, greeting the guests, assigning tables to the guests, manage reservation and floor plans etc...

Qualifications :
Hospitable
Leadership and decision making capacity
Able to to work well under stress
Expecirence working with Maitre D software
Experience in working with Open Table reservation system.
Bilingual
Must be a great host, has guest service and wine knowledge

• Important - restaurant experience
• Asset - Maitre D software knowledge
• Asset - Open Table software knowledge
