Job Title: Fashion Designer/Merchandizer: Women’s Missy/Contemporary
Job Description:
Responsible for all aspects of Designing and merchandising seasonal collections
Conceptualize and implement seasonal injection packages
Contribute to marketing of brands : Coupé, Folia, Coupé Cutie.
Responsibilities
-Identify seasonal trends, develop presentation concepts for colors, fabrics, styles, graphic direction
-Develop and implement line plans,
-Establish garment fit parameters working with fit techniciens
-Develop in season "fashion injection" packages
-Work with technical dept. to create tech packs
-Implement all sample development
-Follow samples with makers to get complete collection into showroom on time.
-Assist in creating line lists and merchandising presentations
Requirements
-Several years of "hands on" experience in Design/Merchandising all aspects of both men’s & women’s collections and special programs
-Ability to update and follow seasonal planning calender
-Strong communication, organization skills
-Strong computer design skills in Mac and PC platforms
-Fluently Bilingual
