  • We are currently looking for a Specialist, Package Quality & Regional Compliance. This is a contractual position with an undetermined duration (approximately a 6 month period) at our Longueuil office on the South Shore of Montreal.

    The Specialist is responsible to ensure safety and regulatory compliance for each products developed under his assigned brands. The Specialist also works closely with other functions such as Translation, Marketing, Graphic Design, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management and other international markets to approve packaging assets within set timelines.

    •Completes quality specification for manufactured finished goods and release them to the Engineering team.
    •Reviews and approves all packaging and instructions for compliance to Corporate and regulatory standards at final artwork release.
    •Ensures compliance with labeling and legal requirements of all pre-production samples of finished goods.
    •Approve all requests for imported goods coming from other markets.
    •Ensures projects are developed within the set timelines.
    •Handles all communications related to his respective projects.

    •Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    •Ability to coordinate and multitask.
    •High attention to details.
    •Good analytical skills and process understanding.
    •Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure.
    •Must like working in a team environment.
    •Fluent in both official languages with excellent English written skills.
    •2-3 years of experience in a similar position and working environment.
    •Bachelor’s degree; concentration in Engineering would be an asset.
