    Mission and challenge:
    Reporting to the Director of the Board and infrastructure, the SharePoint Analyst will ensure a number of responsibilities including:

    Business Analysis
    • Collect business requirements from customers;
    • Collect, document and analyze information in order to validate and prioritize the business needs of all business lines and stakeholders with the strategic guidelines;
    • Analyze requirements, propose solutions and build the design of technical specifications that software developers will implement. This includes user interface mock-ups, models, charts, diagrams, etc.;
    • Perform various analysis (context, depth, issues, impacts, stakeholders) to produce a diagnosis to educate business sectors on the efforts required in change management;
    • Conduct business analysis and prepare the technical documentation required for the projects;
    • Document the process of the current situation and the target situation and document the discrepancies and impacts;
    • Act as an intermediary between business lines, technology teams and third parties to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction of the applicant and the user, in the overall delivery cycle;
    • Ensure the adequacy (traceability) solutions, technological elements of architecture and functional analysis of elements with business needs;
    • Participate in the drafting of proposals for services;
    • Review and test applications developed to ensure that the requirements are met;
    • Coordinate user acceptance testing (planning, test plan, test procedure, support the line of business);
    • Define, plan, implement and coordinate the steps of carrying out the tasks as required.

    Integration Analyst
    • Conduct business analysis and prepare the technical documentation required for the projects;
    • Consult with clients to determine the general appearance of the solution, applications to develop or integrate graphics and content to be included in order to meet their needs;
    • Create and customize various features of SharePoint as: process automation, business intelligence, enterprise social networking, document libraries, group panels, etc.;
    • Plan, implement and manage websites and applications collections (Web App)
    • Develop logical architectures as well as architectures of information;
    • Train users on delivered solutions.

    Professional Skills:

    Training:
    College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent training.
    Microsoft Certifications (asset)

    Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in analysis
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint
    • Experience in delivery of complex projects

    Required Knowledge:
    • Master the following skills: Analysis and Synthesis,
    • Bilingual (oral/written) in French and English
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt the methodology according to the context

    Assets:
    • Change Management experience
    • Microsoft SharePoint Designer
    • Programming in ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML, XSLT
    • PowerShell Programming

    Personal skills:
    • Great sense of autonomy and organization
    • Work well in a collaborative environment
    • Good ability to learn and adapt quickly
    • Good oral and written communication
    • Leadership (asset)
