    Job Purpose

    We are looking for candidates who understand that the technical service is an important part of the image of our company. The customer service is a key element at CT Consulting and Technology and technicians are actively involved in this responsibility. If teamwork and customer service are important to you, then you will enjoy your career at CT Consulting and Technology. The candidate reports to the regional technical service manager.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Training opportunity with different OEM.
    • Apply your skills and experience to deploy, configure, maintain and repair multifunction printers multi-brand latest technology to customers.
    • Perform service calls as provided by the dispatcher
    • Team work
    • Use Remote Tech technology
    • Provide emergency maintenance, preventive and corrective MFPs in accordance with high standards of OEM.
    • Ensure proper functioning of equipment.
    • Contribute to the positive image of CT Copieur


    Skills & Qualifications

    • Post secondary education, preferably in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
    • Working knowledge of computers, Windows, Office suite and document management software.
    • CompTIA A+, Network+, PDI+ Certification is an asset.
    • Microsoft Certification is an asset
    • Networking knowledge.
    • Large product knowledge and technical expertise of digital multifunction devices.
    • Good analytical skills and problem solving.
    • Ability to work independently and take the initiative to improve customer support.
    • Have interpersonal skills.
    • Adaptability.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
