    Role

    Our Digital Marketing specialist will have the responsibility to develop, implement, track and optimize our online marketing campaigns across all of our digital channels.

    Job Description

    General:
    • Daily monitoring of our different programs, campaigns and SEO;
    • Develop the digital marketing plan and provide weekly and monthly reports in order to evaluate if the objectives were met;
    • Conduct research to keep on top of SEO, SEM and marketing trends;
    • Work closely with the graphic and strategic marketing team in order to attain the desired goal of the campaign;
    • Work with the Creative team in order to develop and create innovative campaigns;

    SEO:
    •Create SEO analysis reports;
    •Improve the landings pages for a better user experience (UX);
    •Optimize landing pages through research and integration of keywords related to the business objectives;
    •Make recommendations in regards to website’s architecture, its content, its links, and any other factor that may affect the organic SEO of a website;
    •Work with the creative team for content creation and SEO oriented programming;
    •Work with the web team in the development of TREES, wireframes and call-to action for effective user experience (UX) (completion of customer goals by user).

    SEM:
    •Drive traffic to our website;
    •Operate and optimize PPC & display campaigns on Google, Facebook and Social Media for Bikini Village and La vie en rose;
    •Responsible for optimising and monitoring online campaigns.
    •Conducting tests and inspections, collect/analyse data to identify trends and opportunities;
    •Ensure optimal performance on all campaigns;
    •Research and develop e-commerce and Omnichannel marketing campaigns;
    •Develop, plan and implement all campaigns for digital and social network;
    •Support to advertising campaigns on social media by offering creative and new ideas on attracting and retaining our clients while maximizing ROI;
    •Analyze campaign performance statistics for proactive optimization, assessing trends, opportunities and challenges;
    •Analyze, optimize and target the various campaigns to ensure they meet the budget, ROI and achieve objectives;
    •Formulate strategies and concrete improvements and ensure their proper deployment and functioning.

    Requirements

    •Bachelors in Marketing, Graduate certificate in e-commerce or Marketing or in a related field;
    •3 years’ experience in digital marketing;
    •Highly creative;
    •Strong knowledge of the following tools:
    •Google AdWords (certification is an asset)
    •Google analytics (certification is an asset)
    •Google Tag Manager
    •Google Merchant / Search Console
    •Google Keyword Planner
    •Google Web Designer
    •Facebook powereditor
    •Facebook insight
    •Strong analytical skills;
    •Bilingual (written and spoken);
    •Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
