One of TEKsystems clients is looking for a Senior Bilingual (French) Technical Support Analyst resource. This is a contracto to hire position with a large growing company in the Mississauga,
Ontario area. The Senior Support Analyst must possess the following qualifications;
1. 7+ years experience supporting windows OS 7, MS Office Suite, Active Directory, Office 2013 within an environment of 1500+ users - understands how to manage group policies in Active Directory as well as working with print servers.
2. 7+ years working with Service Now ticketing system (or similar- Heat, Remedy etc.)
3. Understanding of Citrix desktop and VPN connectivity issues and basic troubleshooting of WAN and switch support (CISCO and HP- No configuration)
4. Must be fully bilingual (French and English)
