3rd Level Support Engineer
Tempo is seeking an experienced 3rd Level Support Engineer to join our office in Montreal, Canada. You would be working closely with our fantastic customers and internal teams in a consultative and supportive technical role. Having a passion for researching problems and finding solutions to wide variety of problems is paramount.

The role involves:
Interacting with customers to help diagnose issues, as well as researching and finding solutions to a wide variety of large scope, complex problems, in order to improve customers’ productivity and satisfaction with Tempo products
Demonstrating passion for the customer support experience, practicing active listening skills and responding positively to situations requiring cooperation, through courtesy and tact
Collaborating with product teams to improve Tempo products and the customers’ experience
Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring appropriate documentation of customer problems or issues
The ideal candidate:
Holds a degree in engineering or in other technical disciplines - if you don’t have the degree but can wow us with your talent, go ahead and apply!
Has a solid track record in an engineering software environments, preferably within Atlassian Jira.
Has great attention to detail and uses strategic problem solving skills to meet diverse and demanding needs. Uses numerical models to obtain practical engineering solutions to difficult problems
Has strong written and verbal English communication skills
Is a solid self-started as well has having as successful experiences of working in a team environment and building effective working relationships.
Uses prioritisation to manage multiple projects effectively and never forgets to communicate with customers
