We are seeking customer service agents for one of the large financial institutions of Canada. Position description:
The customer contact agent you will play a critical role in delivering great customer experience for customers calling to do business over the phone. You will build, increase and keep relationships with customers through listening, problem solving and recommending products, solutions and services. You will proactively identify sales opportunities, including cross-selling opportunities
Work Schedule and Conditions:
-Full-time permanent position (37.5 hours per week)
-$16 an hour plus night bonus, if applicable
-Training for 1 1/2 months from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday -Friday (paid)
-Required to be available several weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
-Two evening shift available16h30-midnight and 6:30pm-2:00am
-Transportation premium of 25$ per worked day if candidates working evening shift until 2:00am
Qualifications:
-Dynamic and positive
-Excellent communication skills in English and French
-Diploma in secondary school completed
-Experience in customer service, banking experience (a plus)
-Big interest in finance, banking, economic, administration sector (asset)
-Knowledge and skill in computers
-Team player
-Sales opportunities and solve problems
-Solid multi-tasking skills
