DUTIES
SCHEDULE : Monday to Friday fom 2:15pm to 11:00pm
Carry out the sales of new and used parts at the counter, by phone, fax or e-mail
Prepare and follow-up on parts quotations
Promote and recommend specific parts
Work closely with the Parts and Service Sales Representative to develop sales opportunities
Offer advice to customers and participate to special assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, parts training, an asset
2 to 3 years of experience in after-sales service in a related field
Bilingualism (spoken and written)
Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and parts, an asset
Excellent mechanical aptitides
Computer literate (DBS, SIS, Windows)
Sales oriented
good interpersonal relationships
