DESCRIPTION
Responsabilités
- Assurer l'audition des travaux réalisés par un entrepreneur/restaurateur réseau ou non- reseau;
- Assurer l'audition des estimés réalisés par un estimateur indépendant / Interne;
- Apporter son support aux gestion de plaintes notamment la qualité des travaux, quantum, méthodologie de construction…);
- Établir une valeur de reconstruction ( Résidentielle / commercialle );
- Participer aux questions techniques en bâtiment;
Qualifications
- Détenir un DEC en Estimation de bâtiments
- Détenir 8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine
- Avoir la désignation professionnelle ''IICRC'' et la connaissance de Xactimate (un atout)
- Détenir une connaissance technique du Code national du bâtiment & appareil psychrométriques (souhaitable)
- Avoir l'expérience des travaux après sinistres ( dommage par l'incendie, eau, odeur, moissisures… )
- Maitriser l'estimation bâtiment de sinistre régulier et important
- Être orienter service client
