DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for a forman for our team in the garage. More than 40 mechanics working within the team garage, and ensure the repair and maintenance of the fleet of trucks for all of our terminals. The Forman maximizes the availability of vehicles, ensuring their proper and regular maintenance, according to safety standards. He manages and coordinates the operations of the maintenance facility in order to ensure the efficient execution of both planned and emergency repairs. He provides problem solving support as well as training and supervision of mechanics and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and ensures the achievement of established goals.

Requirements

• Essential - 3 to 5 years experience as a mechanic
• Essential - Comfortable with computer system
• Essential - Leadership, management skill and problem solving
• Essential - Communcaition skills, responsible
