The main responsibilities of the person in this position is to offer technical support to our clients and to sales departments (internal & external) with regards to our products. The candidate must be available to travel as s/he will have to diagnose problems locally throughout New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
Bring technical support to internal & external sales representatives, clients, service teams;
Maintain good working relationship with other branches;
Coordination of service calls; with contractors;
Estimation service & technical support to sales (Residential, Japanese and Commercial).
Training related to customer services, refrigeration, cooling or heating is required;
Excellent knowledge of cooling, refrigeration, heating systems, H/P Central and Ductless;
Strong electrical ability and understanding of how to check electronic components with multimeter;
Knowledge of 3rd party communication such as Bac net;
A strong understanding of ventilation such as duct sizing calculating CFM, and static pressure, etc.
