  • Project Coordinator and Drafts

  • Under the immediate supervision of the Branch Director, the Project Coordinator / Draftsman is responsible for the entire life cycle of a project. You will coordinate with customer’s deliveries and follows up to ensure the assembly, installation, programming and start-up is carried out according to specifications, while respecting budgets and deadline. You will also perform the drawings as planned or according to customer requests in the absence of plan.

    Main tasks and responsibilities:
    -Participate in weekly project meetings.
    -Performs the drawings with Visio.
    -Prepare projects: revise the material lists, plans and sketches, billing inquiries and schedule.
    -Coordinate the approbation of control diagrams and shop drawings with the customer.
    -Coordinate the panel mount, Vav Box mount and final mount with the Assembler.
    -Perform all required follow-up with the customer, procurement, shipping-receiving, Programmer Technician for the programming and start-up, and work orders associated with a projects.
    -Coordinate the execution of documentations: plan, revised drawings, technical grids, etc.
    -Coordinate system start-up and finalisation of a project with the customer.
    -Ensure project profitability.

    Requirements
    -College degree in building systems or a General College degree with relevant experience.
    -Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in HVAC field
    -Be proficient in using Visio or Autocad
    -Experience in control, an asset
    -Bilingual (English + French)
    -Good knowledge of the current office software (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)
