    What is the opportunity?


    The selected candidate, as a Senior Expert, will be responsible for enhancing the client experience through efficient and effective credit administration fulfillment for complex Commercial lending products specifically in regards with the preparation of complex credit agreements which may include non-standard terms and conditions as well as all the Industry specific agreements.  The candidate is also responsible for clarifying any missing or conflicting information to ensure accuracy of the agreement and to minimize the Bank’s risk .


    What will you do?

     Review commercial credit requests received from Eastern Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Provinces to identify any missing information or discrepancies and will clarify to ensure all pertinent information is obtainedPrepare a variety of complex and non-standard credit agreements for Commercial Financial Services by using standard templates and customizing each depending on the transactionTranslate or reword certain conditions in the commercial credit request, when necessaryEnsure all processes for the role are followed and adhered to at all times  

    Must have:

     Previous experience in preparation of standard and non-complex credit agreementsStrong knowledge of various applications such as Synergy, Business Credit Fulfillment Workflow, ECM, Oracle, OLBB, CMS.Must be fluently bilingual, written and oral and have excellent grammar (English and French)Ability to adapt to new and/or revised changes in policies and procedures specific to role as well as constant changing situationsFlexible for work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 5:00 p.m.


    Nice to have:

     Basic knowledge of RBC lending processes and procedures for Commercial Financial ServicesA focus on the client experienceInnovative approach in identifying efficiency improvement opportunities and problem resolutionProficient in Excel and Word
