  • As manager of business development, your main responsibilities will be among the following:


    • Sell Aheeva’s family products to prospective clients in US and Canada market
    • Sell business within acceptable profitability parameters
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline while managing through the sales cycle
    • Handle sales opportunities from start to finish including prospecting, capabilities presentations, clients visits, contract negotiations and launch
    • Maintain company’s professional image through the development strong customer relationships
    • Place emphasis on establishing strong and long lasting relationships.
    • Continue to cultivate new business through cold calls.
    • Negotiate contract pricing and terms to achieve optimum profitability
    • Demonstrate and maintain a current level of expertise and knowledge of products and changing customer requirements.
    • Continue to improve selling skills
    • Responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets.
    • Responsible for implementing marketing strategies.
    • Develop and present relevant business proposals
    • Keep track of market intelligence in the industry with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of account and must guide the company towards the proper direction of achieving targets
    • Track the development and progress of opportunities through a CRM sales tool

    Job specification

    o Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience a software company (call center and telecommunications experience a plus)
    o Proactive and demonstrated leadership skills
    o Able to work Independently
    o Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to team selling approach
    o Solid communication and networking skills previous book of business or ability to leverage contacts a plus
