The candidate must:
•Answer customer calls in a precise and efficient way and be able to respond to all information requests relative to clients individual needs
•Will offer a high level of customer service and treat all calls with professionalism as per the processes and procedures of teh organization
•Respond quickly to internal and external client requests ensuring a speedy follow up and delivery
•Maintain up to date files
Full time Permanent – Scheduled 40 hours per week. Work hours will vary within our hours of operation which are: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
