The incumbent will be responsible for administering the benefit plans of our clients’ employees and retirees and providing administrative support in managing these plans. All this in a reputable and growing company!
Your main responsibilities in this position will be:
-Process information received from the client using internal databases and information systems and ensure that this information is up to date
-Manage our clients’ employee benefit plans
-Participate in the preparation and mailing of files that concern pay information on behalf of our clients, and of files that concern eligibility to insurers
-Provide administrative support in managing our clients’ files
-Draft correspondence and produce various reports
-Respond to our clients’ needs regarding group insurance
We require:
-Bilingualism, both oral and written
- 1 year of experience in benefits analyst or/and group insurance
-Excellent customer service skills
-Great ability to communicate information
-Experience in benefit administration and group insurance
-Ability to work in a team as well as without supervision
-Proficiency in Office, especially Excel
-Dynamism, enthusiasm and professionalism
-Good organizational and time management skills
