    Associate consultant
    Pension plans administration
    Montreal, Quebec
    Permanent position

    Your role:
    -Acts as client manager:
    –attends to the specific needs of each client
    –participates in the annual planning and organization of work required for each client; manages tasks and missions
    –communicates, refines and meets budgets and schedules
    –identifies any problems related to the schedule early on so they can be dealt with
    –recommends needed improvements to the administrative process
    –trains new staff assigned to the client
    -Acts as resource person (leader) in a standard administrative process
    -Updates Morneau Shepell’s Accès SI software for client follow-up
    -Provides support to client teams, to certain clients who use our systems and to colleagues
    -Participates in improving the administrative process using Morneau Shepell tools
    -Analyzes and summarizes pension plans
    -Sets high standards for own work and ensures high quality of work by all team members
    -Prepares evaluations/estimates and schedules for various project tasks as necessary
    -Sets attainable and realistic objectives for production deadlines
    -Ensures good working habits including punctuality, responsiveness and availability to others
    -Takes the initiative to ensure that the required number of billable hours is reached
    -Participates in peer reviews and training as required

    Your profile:
    -University degree in actuarial sciences, finance, mathematics or administration or professional equivalent
    -Minimum 4 years experience in pension plan administration
    -Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
