Reporting to our Service Manager, you will be mainly responsible for scheduling inspections and service calls:
> Answer inquiries for emergency service or inspections;
> Schedule, plan and coordinate visits to be made to our customers ;
> Assign and coordinate service calls;
> Prepare paperwork prior to inspections visits (worksheet, inspection reports, etc.);
> Register all information in our in-house software.
> 2-5 years of relevant experience;
> Very good knowledge of Windows softwares;
> Ability to understand rapidly customers’ needs;
> Experience working in a service department (an asset);
> Customer service oriented;
> Ability to work under pressure.
