    Location: Montréal
    Salary: from $35K to $40K per year

    Our client is looking for a friendly and bilingual front-desk Receptionist / Office Administrator for their office.

    They are seeking a serious candidate who can deal with a very high-end clientele and maintain discretion and confidentiality. Very nice working conditions!

    What will your day look like?

    - Greeting clients
    - Booking appointments
    - Scheduling follow-ups
    - Taking payments

    What do you need to apply?

    - 5 – 10 years of experience working with the public and/or in an office/clinic setting – personality is more important than experience!
    - Strong communication skills in English and French
    - Good computer skills (asset is to have worked with Mac systems for scheduling)
    - Excellent customer service and people skills
    - Very good organizational and multitasking skills
