  • The candidate for the position of Legal Secretary / Receptionist will have as main duties:

    - answer the phone and transfer calls;
    - ensure customer service;
    - manage the agendas of lawyers;
    - invoicing and basic accounting;
    - ordering office supplies and other necessary equipment;
    - make deposits at the bank
    - perform the physical and virtual classification of documents;
    - deliver mail;
    - any other related administrative tasks;
