We are currently looking for a:
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Leasing, the Lease Coordinator is responsible for supporting the department with all day-to-day administrative duties.
Perform data entry in Excel and department software;
Transmission of reports to various departments;
Monitor target dates such as expiries and other important dates;
Communicate with landlords, brokers, internal design, construction and rental departments ensuring all information is properly delivered;
Generate sales and other reports as necessary;
Correspondence, filing and general administrative duties.
Qualifications and competencies:
Minimum 3 years in administration in an office environment;
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills;
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word;
Attention to detail;
Ability to work within a team as well as independently;
Good business acumen a must.
