• Perform billing tasks;
• Respond to customer calls and follow up promptly;

• DEC administration (accounting) or equivalent experience;
• Minimum three years’ experience in an administrative position;
• Excellent command of the Windows operating system and its applications, including MS Word, Excel;
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Detail – oriented;
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment (routine tasks are for about 60% of the time).
