    What is the opportunity?

    We are looking for an Associate Wealth Advisor to perform administrative functions related to non-managed client accounts and to investigate and follow up on client inquiries.  The incumbent will help execute a comprehensive wealth management approach in his/her IA’s practice.


    What will you do?Perform administrative functionsHelp the Investment Advisor prepare for upcoming meetings with existing and potential clientsInput and follow up on client orders (non-managed accounts)Coordinate and follow up on financial plans and insurance plansManage the team’s marketing material and organize  marketing activitiesManage the team’s website and the Investment Advisor’s LinkedIn profile


    What do you need to succeed?

    Must-haveStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and FrenchKnowledge of RBC DS’ systemsStrong attention to detail and excellent time-management skillsHold the Associate Wealth Advisor title or obtain it within a reasonable timeframeIIROC registration


    Nice-to-haveIn order to obtain the Associate Wealth Advisor title; the individual must have completed any one of the following academic courses / designations:

     Certified Financial Planner designation, orFinancial Planner designation (from the Institut québécois de planification financière), orCertified Strategic Wealth Professional (CSWP), orDS Training & Practice Management course “Wealth Management for Associates”
