  • Position: Administrative Coordinator
    Location: Montréal
    Salary: $36K per year
    Perks: full benefits after 3 months
    Job Type: permanent
    Schedule: from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Our client is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team.

    In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team, which is comprised of one Director and two Generalists. This employer has a staff of 400 employees in Montréal and 350 in their production facility.

    Tasks:

    - Organize all administrative and operational functions in HR for the Production team
    - Process hiring documentation
    - Track absenteeism
    - Take care of forecasting for scheduling
    - Produce reports
    - Help plan production peaks and levels
    - Create an optimal scheduling system and then ensure maintenance
    - Support all initiatives and projects related to employees' well-being and development
    - Replace the Receptionist during her lunch break and vacations

    Non Negotiable:

    - College degree
    - 1 – 2 years of experience in administration
    - Excellent command of English with a French at least 8/10
    - Strong basic skills in Word and Excel

    Assets:

    - Strong interest to work in an HR department
    - Knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi or Filipino
