  • Trustcan Property Management Inc. is looking to hire an administrative clerk within the property management field.

    Under the supervision of the project manager the person assigned to this position will be responsible for the daily management of residential properties of all types.

    The duties of this position include: Liability changes with service providers and municipalities when opening files, communication with external agents, leases and payment management, computer data entry and other related tasks.

    The candidate will work closely with members of their department and should be comfortable within a team.

    The person chosen for this position must possess a great sense of organization, be autonomous, demonstrate initiative, focus and rigor in the performance of the tasks required.

    Please note that bilingual candidates will be prioritized.

Requirements

  • Important - Minimum two(2) years experience - Related field
  • Essential - Organised
  • Essential - Autonomous
  • Essential - Meticulous

Knowledge and abilities

  • Important - Bilingual (spoken and written)
  • Asset - Experience with HOPEM
