  • Trustcan Property Management Inc. is looking to hire an administrative clerk within the field of property management.
    Under the supervision of the project manager the person assigned to this position will be responsible for the daily management of residential properties, of all types.
    The duties of this position include: soliciting bidders, reviewing quotes, awarding contracts along with job progress follow-ups, communication with customers, contractors and other collaborators, inform and organise the change of responsibility of account service as well as other related tasks.
    The person must be organised, autonomous and demonstrate initiative and rigor in performing these duties.

Requirements

  • Asset - Experience with HOPEM
  • Essential - Bilingual (spoken and written)
  • Important - DCS - in Administration
  • Important - Minimum three (3) years experience - Related field

Knowledge and abilities

  • Essential - Organised
  • Essential - Autonomous
  • Essential - Meticulous
