    What is this opportuntity? 


    We are currently seeking an Adminstrative Assistant for our RBC Dominion Securities Branch located in Chicoutimi.  You will perform daily administrative functions in a punctual, professional manner while providing the highest quality client service. In this role, you will be part of a successful full-service brokerage team offering customized wealth management solutions to high net worth clients.  


    Please note, this is a 14 month contract.   

    What will you do? 

     Perform daily administrative functions in a punctual, professional manner while providing the highest quality serviceInvestigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts and refer to the Investment Advisor where appropriateFollow-up on client trades to ensure settlement and deliveryMonitor all pending plan transfers to ensure completion on a timely basisEnsure clients’ accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation Assist in preparing mailings such as seminars, newsletters, and information packagesAssist the Investment Advisor in preparing for client meetings & client appreciation even


    What you need to succeed?


    Must have: 

     Excellent oral and written communication skills in French - English is an asset.Excellent Microsoft Office skills


    Nice to have: 

     Experience in the Finanical Services Industry
