    What is this opportunity? 


    We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our RBC Dominion Securities Branch located downtown for a one year full time contract.   You will perform daily administrative functions in a punctual, professional manner while providing the highest quality of internal and external client service.  In this role, you will be part of a successful full-service brokerage team offering customized Wealth Management solutions to high net worth clients. 


    What will you do? 

     Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all client account documentation Perform daily client administration tasks and prepare client reports Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity and applicable reportsAssist the Investment Advisors in preparing for client meetings and client appreciation eventsAssist in preparing mailings for newsletters, seminars and information packagesUtilize a contact management system for daily task managementFollow up telephone calls to potential clients


    What you need to succeed?


    Must have: 

     Exceptional client relationship skillsExcellent oral and written communication in English and FrenchExcellent Microsoft Office skillsStrong operational skills


    Nice to have:

     The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant
