    Our client, a large company that has been operating in Quebec for over 40 years, is looking for an Administration Clerk to join their team. A competitive benefits package and remuneration are offered for this permanent position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Creating and updating records in the company’s database
    - Filling reports in Excel
    - Managing emails and preparing training documents
    - Computerizing, filing and archiving documents
    - Analyzing daily records for conformity
    - Performing other administrative duties as assigned

    Experience and Qualifications Required:

    - DES or DEP
    - Bilingualism (French/English), both written and spoken
    - Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office environment
    - Excellent data entry abilities and intermediate level of Microsoft Office and Excel
    - Great analytical and organization skills
    - Ability to work in a team and alone, in an autonomous manner

    Please note that experience in the automobile industry would be an asset.
