Workplace Support Program Coordinator
Montreal, Quebec

The Workplace Support Program Coordinator is responsible for case coordination and monitoring of all work place support program services from beginning to end. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Acting as direct a contact for the corporate customer and maintains this communication throughout the duration of all cases.
- Ensuring monthly reports are received within designated timelines.
- Ensuring that reports are approved by the Clinical Manager and sent to the corporate customer.
- Acting as point of contact in dealing with any case specific questions/requirements involving the corporate customer.
- Ensuring proper release and documentation is received directly from corporate customer to initiate WSP service within aggressive timelines.
- Ensuring assignment of cases to appropriate counselor in consultation with Clinical Manager.
- Assisting the counsellor network with all WSP administrative and procedural concerns, including training and coaching on administrative documents.
- Reviews and highlights the appropriateness of using the counsellor again for this type of case with Clinical Manager.
- Other duties as assigned .
Ideal candidates will have a college degree in Social Services, Psychology or any related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful candidates will also have a minimum of 3 years customer service and administrative experience. You have outstanding multi-tasking, strong organizational and superior interpersonal skills. You are a highly reliable achiever who has excellent computer skills and are very familiar with all MS Office software applications. Very good verbal and written communications skills are required (French and English).
