Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client, a well-established company in the media industry, is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk for their downtown Montréal office.
In this role reporting directly to the Controller, you will be an integral part of the financial team with responsibilities covering the management of the full accounts payable cycle, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
You will have to take care of:
- The full accounts payable cycle
- Check runs
- Data entry
- Bank reconciliations
- Expense reports
- Reconciliation of GL accounts
- Journal entries
- Various reportsJob Requirements:
- Bilingualism (spoken and written) - with a good knowledge of the English language
- DEC in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Experience with a large volume of invoices
- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Word and ExcelPerks:
