  • Job Summary:

    Reporting directly to the Global Revenue Director, the Revenue Manager is responsible for the company wide revenue management and reporting through a detailed understanding of the revenue drivers. This position will manage daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly backlog and revenue reporting to Senior Management. This position requires a high-energy, hands-on individual that has the ability to work independently providing advanced revenue planning expertise in support of the company’s revenue drivers and initiatives. The Revenue Manager is expected to exhibit the highest professional standards and attention to detail while working on numerous routine and ad hoc accounting support functions. Other valued attributes are a strong work ethic, and consistent performance with a sense of urgency and commitment.


    The Revenue Manager will execute or assist the Revenue Director in the following tasks:
    •Prepare analyses, reports and presentations for the leadership team in an accurate and timely fashion
    •Analyze Backlog to determine issues preventing timely build and ship of orders and drive corrective actions back to the responsible functional areas (Credit Management, Planning, Purchasing, Production)
    •Identify any gaps or opportunities in data, metrics and drivers, and work with Business OPS team to improve the revenue planning model / process, and the reporting of revenue and related metrics
    •Work collaboratively with Sales, Order Management, Planning, Purchasing and Productions organizations to drive linear production and shipment goals
    •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in current revenue operations processes
    •Point of contact for order management and sales for information and direction on all open backlog, quotes, fulfillment strategy and products. Escalation management where appropriate.
    •Responsible for on time delivery, publishing relevant metrics.
    •Responsible for overall 10 day lead time, publishing relevant metrics and communicating products that are not meeting lead time goals including the expected recovery dates.
    •Drive resolution on all issues/roadblocks that impact production across various cross functional areas including: test engineering, manufacturing engineering, procurement, supply demand planning, business line, trade admin, etc.
    •Review weekly sales report and address any production, lead time, shipment concerns.
    •Relationship management. The face of Business Operations to our internal partners. Develop deep, strategic relationship with our partners. Ensure all partners have a valuable and effective relationship with operations.
    •Prepare daily revenue projections and ensure alignment with POV. Provide commentary for any discrepancies, risks and opportunities
    •Ensure revenue maximization and work with partners until all orders have closed.
    •Monitor and review all opportunities to ensure we can fulfill based on timeline presented on the Order InTake calls
    •Develop and maintain processes and procedures for functional area as we integrate.
    •Incorporate automation in the backlog reporting tools in order to allow time spent on analysis versus report generation
    •Undertake any other reasonable task or responsibility as required by any member of senior management in order to meet our business needs


    The ideal candidate will meet the following competencies/qualifications:

    •University degree in administration or in Operations Management and Logistics
    •Strong leadership skills and high degree of business and technical proficiency (SAP, Excel…) and judgment are essential
    •Excellent problem-solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to get things done Ability to work independently and within a team environment
    •Sense of urgency and curiosity and eye for details.
    •Able to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment
    •Exceptional project and time management skills
    •Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple levels, functions, and locations
