What is the opportunity?
We are looking for an energetic and seasoned Quality Analyst to join our Quality Team in Montreal. In our team, we are responsible for quality process execution, perform quality audits, detect errors, provide trend/cost/impact analysis, and track key drivers of client experience impact to identify improvement opportunities. Contributes to the achievement of strategic business objectives and delivers innovative change to support the CBO roadmap.
What will you do?
Reports to Team Manager of Quality ManagementReview and complete Random Audit for Canadian Banking Operations centersIdentifies and provide recommendations to correct the root causes of Out of Control processesIdentify opportunities to improve productivityProvide trending analysis against the results of the quality checks to identify coaching opportunities
What do you need to succeed?
Proven Bilingual (French and English) communication and business writing skillsAbility to multi-task, as well as confidently and effectively work through timelines, prioritization, and collaborationExpertise with the Collection business and knowledge of their application (TS2, CACS, OLBB, OLMS, Payment Highway and OnDemand)Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in results reportingAbility to identify Key controls in end to end process
Project management and organizational skillsDiverse RBC business knowledge including strategy, service and operationsSolid knowledge of all Regulatory and Compliance rules as followsInternal Audit reviews, Internal Control Reviews and PBO Process
