What is the opportunity?
As a trusted advisor, you will manage and develop a portfolio of clients requiring Wealth Management services including high touch banking, financial planning, credit and other financial solutions, both domestic and international. Typical clients may be CEOs/senior executives, entrepreneurs, professionals and affluent Canadian families. Clients will usually have complex banking and credit needs, and may require investment and/or succession planning.
What will you do?Relationship manage and grow long-term profitable client relationshipsActs as the client’s trusted advisor and provide them with the right solutionsFocuses on client satisfaction, client loyalty, and client retentionLiaises with clients, family members, decision makers and external advisorsActs as an educator to provide clients with required knowledge to make informed decisionCollaborate with business partners to offer a seamless customized solution
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience providing advice & solutions to high net worth clientsExcellent communication skills in both French and EnglishThorough understanding of the sale of high net worth financial products & servicesEntrepreneurial orientationLeadership development within the RBC communityInvestment Funds in Canada (IFIC)Financial Planning Designation (IQPF)
Nice-to-have:CSCProfessional Designations (CFA, CA, LLB)
