In this role, you’ll connect with clients over the phone to provide complete insurance advice and spot potential sales opportunities (incoming calls). By developing new relationships and deepening existing ones, you will better understand each client’s situation, so you can recommend the RBC Insurance solutions that work best for them.

What we’re looking for:A valid Insurance of persons license delivered by the Quebec Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF)Strong communications skills in French and English, with an ability to deliver fast and efficient serviceSelf-motivation and the drive to achieve – and go beyond – sales goalsProfessional customer service skills and a talent for listening, establishing rapport, and finding the right solutions for clientsAn excellent telephone manner and intermediate level of IT skills as well as strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsA committed willingness and understanding of the expectation to work flexible shifts, as our centre is open Monday - Friday, 08:00am to 8:15pm in order to better help our clientsComplete fluency in both French and English languages
