    Job Mandate :

    Provides professional quality service to clients.
    Answers client inquiries regarding BMO InvestorLine products, services, account positions & balances.
    Accepts purchase/sale orders & provides stock quotes in courteous, professional & knowledgeable manner.
    Resolves issues & reports any discrepancies to supervisor/manager.
    Provides input to development & achievement of team objectives.
    Works toward meeting productivity goals.
    Acts independently within specific industry guidelines.
    Seeks, recognizes and acts upon opportunities to expand business relationships with clients.
    Flexibility with work assignments and schedules.
    Operates in multiple working relationships/partnerships/environments.


    This is a dynamic call centre environment.


    *** Successful completion of Canadian Securities Course & Conduct Practices Handbook Required***

    *** Successful completion of Derivatives Fundamentals Course & Options Licensing Course within 6 months of hire***

    *** Fluency in French & English a must, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese is a strong asset ***

    Derivatives Fundamentals Course, Options Licensing Course are highly desired.

    Excellent customer service skills.
    Broad knowledge & understanding of BMO InvestorLine products & services.
    Goal & achievement orientated.
    Exceptional telephone & communication skills.
    General computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Windows).
    Knowledge & understanding of industry regulations & standards.

    Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
