Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsible for employee payroll
-Verify and validate timesheets
-Perform payroll data entry; balance and submit the data to ADP and ensure accuracy
-Generate and prepare various payroll reports
-Ensure creation of new employee records and termination of employee records
-Manage vacation banks and absences
Manage Accounts Payable
-Receive, approve and enter invoices and expense
-Allocate expenses to stores and accounts
-Emit and ensure signature of checks
-Monthly bank reconciliation
-Accounting entries in the general journal (correction or modifications)
-Open accounts for new suppliers
