    Position: Accounting Clerk

    Our client, a very well established company in the distribution field is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk for their office located in Saint-Laurent.


    In this role reporting directly to the Accountant, you will be an integral part of the financial team with responsibilities covering accounts payable and receivable, billing, and month end journal entries.


    Salary: from $32K to $37K per year

    Job Description :


    - Processing of accounts payable and receivable
    - Billing
    - General Ledger accounts reconciliation
    - Bank deposits
    - Preparation of month end journal entries
    - Check runs
    - Assistance in various administrative tasks
    - Assistance to the Accountant, as needed

    Requirements :

    - DEC or equivalent
    - 2 years of pertinent experience
    - Bilingualism (English and French)
    - Strong knowledge of Excel
    - Stability and dynamism
