Workplace workout
Workplace calisthenics have been all the rage for quite some time in Japan, where employees routinely get together for morning exercise classes. This practice is now making its North American debut — in Winnipeg, of all places. The Manitoba government recently introduced a program called “Workplaces in Motion,” the aim of which is to provide resources and tools to employers looking to whip their staff into shape and reduce the overall weight on group insurance and the provincial health care system.

However, some Internet users are only vaguely aware of their “e-dentity,” i.e., their online alter ego. Questions these virtual strangers ought to consider range from having a website to answering e-mails in a timely fashion. After all, people search for you, just as you search for them.
