Seneca exports its animation expertise
Toronto's Seneca College was the digital animation expertise behind the success Ryan, a 2005 Oscar winner. They've now parlayed these credentials into opening a branch animation studio at India's largest film school in Mumbai. The goal is to turn India into a world contender in this field. Plus, these students will earn credits recognized by and transferable to Seneca in Canada, which could eventually be a shortcut for them to opportunities in the North American job market.

Experts billed the "millennial generation", those born after '78, as the first not to do as well as their parents. The tell-all nature of most bloggers' websites seems to be fueled by the presumed anonymity of the Internet and the need to post the most salacious details in order to garner a strong readership. Earlier, during the blogging phenomenon, an airline fired a flight attendant for posing suggestively in uniform in an empty aircraft, images which she published on her blog. Now, employers are somewhat more hip to the facts of the blog-o-sphere and will browse for the online postings of potential employees before making a firm job offer.
