Mind your Internet manners at work

A study by a women’s rights group, found that the sex industry is running amok in the workplace. Not only do the lads continue to go out for corporate entertainment at sleazy cabarets, they can now download porn on mobile devices. The study concludes: These behaviours are hidden reasons behind women’s lag in pay and status in the workplace.   Q&A

Finding your mentor
Mentors act as something of a professional parent. Recent graduates and junior employees can benefit from having a more senior individual who provides career guidance and offers advice and encouragement. Finding a mentor on your own is often a long and difficult process, but mentoring programs exist at schools, professional organizations, associations and also within companies.
