Youth unemployment
Recent graduates entering the workforce are often stuck in the catch-22 of no-experience-no-work. With the global economic downturn causing unprecedented youth unemployment, there's talk of a lost generation. One annual report shows unemployment among those aged 15 - 24 reached 16 per cent and they clock a mere 23 hours in an average workweek. Despite, experts assure the young and eager that the Boomers will eventually retire.
