Job Interviews
Pre-interview stress demystified

Managing Stress
Getting organized, staying Zen
Transcending the workplace hubbub has to do with the individual's state of mind. After all, it's all in your head. Setting priorities, staying organized and doing the hardest thing first are all strategies to help you keep your cool while everyone else is losing theirs. Don't forget to reward yourself for a job well done. Go ahead, have some dark chocolate, after all, you're not expected to be some sort of ascetic yogi for pete's sake.

  • Devices that store reams of personal information have created a generation incapable of memorizing simple things.
  • In the results, the under-30s could remember fewer birthdays and numbers than the over-50s.
  • People have more to remember these days and they are relying on technology more and more for their memory," said a psychology professor.
