NEWSWORTHY Japan may track defence officials with GPS phones This may be a question of the chicken and the egg. Now, Japanese authorities have come up with a solution: they will be tracking defence department officials' movements using GPS-enabled cell phones, often used by parents to monitor children's whereabouts.
